At VicyVegan, every product is crafted with care and precision. Due to the nature of skincare items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or delivered.

Wrong or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
  • To process your request, please provide your order details and clear photos of the product received.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • All skincare products are non‑returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of wrong or defective deliveries.

Refunds

  • Once your claim is verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
